Choice

The increase in the compulsory audit threshold to companies with an annual turnover in excess of £6.5 million has meant that for many businesses the statutory audit has become optional. However an audit may still be required for a number of reasons, for example, at the request of the shareholders or other stakeholders such as the company bankers, or desirable perhaps with a view to a future sale of the business.

As your business advisers you can be sure that we will discuss all of the relevant issues with you so that you can decide upon the most appropriate and cost-effective course of action for the particular needs of you and your business.

Adding Value

At Ribchesters we do not view the audit process as being one of merely compliance. We will therefore plan our work with a view to our experienced audit team adding real value to your business. This may be in terms of practical improvements to accounting systems and controls, profit improvement advice or risk minimisation.

Other Assurance Services

We also offer a range of other audit and assurance services, which includes Solicitors and RICS Accounts Rules reviews, grant certification, due diligence reports and accounting systems and internal control reviews.
